We are writing to express our complete satisfaction with the repair of our chimney, the replacement of our roof and skylights, and the thorough cleanup your company did for us recently.  We also appreciated the friendliness and courtesy everyone involved showed.

Mark Cox, our first contact, impressed us with his knowledge and his patience in answering our many questions.  Robert Steele, Matt Swanson, and Juan's roofing crew worked efficiently and diligently throughout the project, even until late in the evening.  Alexis, in the office, was always pleasant and promptly handled our requests for information.  Her knowledge of the business was quite impressive.

When we realized we needed a new roof, we first had two unsatisfactory contacts with businesses advertising in the newspaper.  We then looked in the yellow pages of the phone book;  your ad with the fierce bulldog got our attention.  Then we called the Better Business Bureau which gave your company an A rating with no complaints.  We certainly agree with that.

I wish to thank your company and staff for the outstanding service that was provided to my family on the replacement of the roof and gutters on our home. While I was away in the United Kingdom, your staff made every effort to coordinate my concerns and inquiries.

One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor thus far. Billy and the roofers were on time for both the estimate and the work. The work was actually completed ahead of time and on schedule. Professionalism and customer service were exceptional in that the work was explained in detail. Order confirmation was also detailed so that no questions in terms of shingle choice, upgrades, etc, existed between both parties. Billy was present during the walk through and issued any issues present. The workers cleaned up all the shingles and nails from the tear down. I walked around the perimeter of the house and found no signs of leftover construction materials. I am very pleased with the quality of their work thus far.

I contacted 10 – 12 roofing contractors for quotes and out of 12 I received 3, that is because that’s all that showed up, one of which was Mark Cox with Bone Dry Roofing. He was very Professional, Polite, Courteous, and Punctual. He had set up a time of 5:30 p.m. and called to say he was running a little late by 10 minutes due to being held up at another job and he was at my home at 5:40 p.m. as promised. He went over the quote clearly and gave me ideas of what was needed. Mark is very trustworthy! Mark contacted me by phone the day after Thanksgiving asking if they could come and install the roof the next day, I told him we welcomed them but it was cold, no problem for them – they were at my house on time as promised the next morning. The crew was GREAT! They did everything with care and in sync like a well oiled machine; it was neat watching their work, their clean up was immaculate. I highly recommend them with the utmost respect and if ever needed I will call them again. It means a lot when you can hire a contractor who is on time and gets the job done right from the start. 1 day service is all it took them. They removed 2 layers of shingles, a metal roof, and 2 chimneys then replaced all the decking and shingles within 7 hours. I am a picky person and they rate a 10+ to me! Very Satisfied Customer!
